Start with a real location
We identify the property and assess what location and market information is actually available. An address is a starting point, not proof of title or value.
Maybe it's the price. Maybe the buyer has gone quiet. Or perhaps a deal keeps getting stuck. Tell us which property it is and what is happening. We'll look into your particular situation and explain the options worth considering.
A rental yield calculator cannot tell you why a buyer walked away or why a seller refuses an offer. We take the facts you have, ask the missing questions and investigate what can be checked.

Pricing, lack of offers, renovation costs, investor returns or a stalled transaction. The conversation and questions adapt to your situation.
You receive a concise assessment that separates supported findings from assumptions and explains what needs checking before a decision.
Available records and comparable sales differ by location and country. We will identify the sources and limitations relevant to your case. We do not claim access to exclusive property databases or verified transactions that we have not obtained.
For buyers, sellers, investors and estate agents who need practical help with a particular property decision.
This is preliminary decision support, not a certified valuation, building inspection, financial recommendation or legal opinion. We do not guarantee an outcome or a particular level of public data coverage. If we cannot reasonably accept the case, we will discuss the reason and refund an unstarted review.
Yes. We need the full address and country, with a listing link if available. If the address is ambiguous, we'll ask for clarification. Map results do not prove ownership or boundaries.
Potentially. We can consider cases from other countries, subject to the evidence we can lawfully and reliably access. We will not invent comparable-sale data.
No. The introductory Property Deal Review does not include direct mediation, legal documentation or contact with another party.
Neither. This is a personalised, human-reviewed preliminary assessment. We use analytical tools where useful and distinguish facts from estimates.
Whop directs you back to the private intake form on this website. You'll identify the property, tell us what is happening and receive a case reference after submission. We separately verify your Whop order.
We'll explain the limitation. If we cannot reasonably proceed before starting the work, we will arrange a refund for that review. Our service terms give further details.
Complete this after purchasing your review on Whop. Your answers will be used to open a private case, and we may ask further questions before preparing your report.
Keep this case number for your records.
We'll verify the Whop purchase and contact you if more detail is needed.
Return to DealNerveHow we handle customer details and property information for the Property Deal Review service.
The DealNerve service is operated by DealNerve. For privacy questions or requests, contact the published privacy email address. This notice must be updated with the actual legal operator before accepting customers.
Your name, email, purchase reference or purchase email, property address, country, listing or map link, your role, and the information you choose to share about the transaction. We also generate a case reference and maintain case and delivery notes.
To match orders with Whop purchases, identify the property, ask relevant questions, provide the assessment, manage customer service, handle refunds and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
Our initial case register runs in a private Google Sheet using Google Apps Script. Whop handles payment and order information. Property research may involve maps, public registers, listing websites and other permitted sources. Some providers store or process data outside your country. We will review applicable cross-border obligations before launch.
We do not publish private conversations or customer-specific case information. The starter service does not automatically turn customer submissions into a shared property database. Any later reuse of case information beyond delivery and legitimate administration must have an appropriate lawful basis and, where needed, specific permission and safeguards.
We restrict access to the case register and avoid including property details in notification emails. Actual retention practices must be published and followed. Current planned retention: To be confirmed before launch. No online system is completely risk-free, so please avoid sending unnecessary confidential material.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion, object to certain uses and raise a privacy concern. Some information must be retained for tax, fraud prevention or legal disputes. Contact our privacy contact to make a request.
We may update this notice as the service changes. The latest version will be published on this page.
The scope of our introductory Property Deal Review.
A one-time, preliminary review of one identifiable property and one central decision or problem. The service includes an initial private exchange, a short written review, and one clarification about the delivered review. Extra properties, extensive research, negotiations, legal services and detailed due diligence are not included.
Payment is processed through Whop. You must submit the required property details through our intake page. A completed form or customer-entered order reference is not evidence of payment. We check purchase status separately before beginning.
Information availability varies by jurisdiction and property. We use the details supplied and available sources we are permitted to access. We distinguish verified evidence, customer statements and estimates. We do not warrant that any property record, valuation or transaction result is complete or accurate.
The review is not a certified property valuation, conveyancing service, estate agency engagement, regulated investment recommendation, structural assessment or legal opinion. You must seek appropriately qualified professionals when needed.
We confirm acceptance and anticipated delivery arrangements after checking payment and the information supplied. You may need to answer follow-up questions before the review can be completed.
If we cannot reasonably accept the property for assessment before work starts, we will refund the purchase. Other cancellation or refund requests will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law, the stage of work and Whop's applicable payment and dispute processes. Any statutory rights remain unaffected.
Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge, do not share material you are not entitled to disclose, and do not rely on the review as a guarantee of financial, legal or transaction outcomes.
Questions about the service or a purchase can be sent to the published support address.
